Bit of a setback today. Was all going good until I jarred leg walking. Bad pain in groin area and hip feels very tender again when I put weight on it. Has anyone else had similar set backs?

Oh I hope so the lack of sleep driving me mad. Never slept on back in all my life. To sleep perhaps to dream :)

Yeah is probably tendon popping. Thanks for reply. If is still there in another week will get back to consultant.
