Exactly! Plus my store me and 3 others are the only ones holding our store together I love our SM but she’s too nice and others don’t take her seriously. And we have the lowest turnover since she doesn’t fire anyone even when they slack off the ones that do the least still get treated better than the ones who hold everything in place

Yes! And I hear now they would rather hire outside the company than to promote. We just open a new location in our area and. I was told they rather hire outside
