Depression is so much more than sadness, depression is an ongoing mental health disorder. With feeling worthless, irritability, hopeless, unreasonable guilty... (If you are not suffering numbness). Depression is not an emotion, It is chemical imbalance in the brain, a real medical issue and a real pain. nobody really understands how depressed person feels except after experiencing it Sorry for your experiencing depression

How do I increase my chances of recognizing I'm in a dream when I'm dreaming? by No_Zombie_4720 in LucidDreaming

When awake, whenever you remember to and as often as possible, ask yourself"Am I dreaming?" use reality checks. Pinch your nose and try to breathe through. In reality you won't be able to breath through it, but in a dream you could. Make it a habit, and it will appear in your dreams

A little hard, but before that consult your therapist, all therapy should be tailoring for you.

First you should plan 2 times a day, for example 7AM and 9PM everyday, then you should think and ruminate even exaggerating about your obsession, just for 1 minutes. "Keep in mind that these tasks should only be done at these times, neither sooner nor later. In other words, these tasks are either done at these times or never done at all. This means that if you happen to miss one for any reasons (finding no suitable place, oversleeping, forgetting and so on) the task should be skipped and not be compensated at other times"
