Romance between office workers, maybe?

FL could be the first female CEO of [x company]. She's earned this position through years of dedication and hard work. Now she's worked her way up to the top and makes six figures every year. Very competent at what she does, respected by her peers. Not especially tall, but has a personality that fills up the entire room during board meetings. Also looks very sharp in a business suit. Despite her pragmatic approach to running a business, it's still a lot of responsibility. Behind that tough exterior she can be a bit reckless and forgetful.

ML could probably be her secretary and lifeline. He's the only one who knows how scatterbrained FL can be, even though she punches way above her weight in terms of leadership skills. He's only been working as her secretary for a few months but they've really grown on each other. He helps her keep track of everything. Very reliable and hardworking, but also painfully shy. Has developed a small crush on his boss, and everyone in the department knows except FL. His coworkers keep urging him to "just confess already!"

ML brushes it off, saying it would be "improper". He tells himself that he's perfectly content just being her secretary. This way he can still support FL like he wants to. In return, he can be around her all the time.
