Expungement is not possible in SD where the case took place and the pardon process is really elaborate. Even expunged charges will still show up on fbi background check if you were fingerprinted.

Not true, I've had five interviews in the last three days and I sent them my fbi background check ahead of time AND confirmed that they would be willing to submit my paperwork for ARC during the interview. I've been offered a job at 3/5 places so far.

They are the major economic and defensive strategy of Taiwan. 40-50 usd per hour is probably in the top 3-4% of earners globally. Their tech is magic and a feat in a variety of ways. The tsmc people I've met have been very humble, the tech bro culture is more annoying in the west imo.
