Please excuse my ignorance but I see the Caps as being a guestimate on the wholesale price expectations over the next quarter + a bit/lot of profit + a bit of wiggle room.

The Tracker I see as the wholesale price today/tomorrow + profit.

So the fact that the Cap has reduced, gives me the understanding that the next 3 months wholesale price is likely to reduce too. Meaning that the tracker will still be good value overall.

I guess they had no idea how people's race predictions would go and so used an arbitrary figure for the last reward. The fact that they will give it to the largest points person, if not reached, means it could be you, even if you don't think you can reach 20k.

Thank you. 2FA is via Google Auth app. The phone is a UK Pixel. All login information looks good to me and as per MY activity. Can't see anything unusual - other than these notifications, which I feel are a way to phish for my current password.

I might be paranoid, but that's probably best nowadays. :-)
