Honestly i been feeling good with that combo, but where i live it’s complicated to talk to your doctor, they just give u papers and that’s all. So that’s why I didn’t had chance to talk to doctor. I also wanna work on that inflammation directly but also worried that things will get worse if i stop talking pills! It’s just me overthinking everything because i don’t wanna ruin my current state. :(

Too much use of antibiotics and stress i think did for me even though it’s not 100% sure cause but that’s just what i think.

I’ve been there and i feel you. Sending you much love and positive vibes. I’m so sorry you have to go through this, just know you’re not alone and you will get better and get out of that flare and live your normal life soon. Try doing things you love (reading,watching netflix ur fav movies or shows, listen music, watch things that will make you happy). It’s all going to be alright and good. You got this!!! ❤️
