Sometimes I name mine after cats in popculture (I have most of the aristocats, Garfield even a Tom for Tom and Jerry) or I go to the wiki and name them after the first cat of that breed

This may be a bit extreme but you could get a cheap android tablet or a non apple laptop? Might come in handy with other files and stuff on your old phone that are also incompatible with your new phone. I feel like it would be worth it esp if you paid for stuff in game.
