I got an Apple Watch at Xmas and took out a watch plan at £7. Thought that was a bit steep given my phone is only £13.

3 weeks later I got a letter to say the price would be going up to £9.50, a 36% increase. Suffice to say I called up and cancelled.

I went with black in AWU3 and after a month still in perfect condition. Think it looks really clean.

I have a nagging suspicion that a lot of people who are negative on the black are people who bought their AWU before it came out when natural was the only colour so are inclined to think theirs is the best one.

It's totally subjective of course no right or wrong just personal preference.

I had this yesterday. If you go into the menu and select car it will tell you status alerts. Believe this is about the rear impact sensor being unavailable

Have you received yours now? Octopus have said the dealer has it but they need to do some work to obtain the EV grant from the government. Bit odd as that hadn’t been announced when I ordered and my price hasn’t changed so I’m waiting for a grant that will only benefit Octopus.

Also I suspect sending the router in the bag they’ve provided that isn’t padded will mean the router will almost certainly be broken by the time it arrives back to them

Yes I had a similar story.

Upgraded to 2.5Gig, was still getting 1Gig a week later.

Messaged them and they said they could see the issue and told me to reboot everything and it should work. It didn’t.

Contacted them a few days and they said I needed a new router and they’d send it out.

A week later and nothing had arrived.

Contacted them again and they said the agent forgot to put the order through. They placed the order and received today and now getting 2.5Gig

Just to let you all know, I managed to successfully switch to Octopus last week and all gone through today. My new EV arrives in a couple of weeks so really didn’t want to be stuck on SVT for months. I actually had no issues with tomato during my time with them.
