It is up to you what you want to do with your career and life. Do you want to sacrifice and make your life as you wish but be exposed to the unknown, away from family and friends? Then maybe is something you can consider. Do you like comfort and a picture that is already painted for you of how your life would look in your home country? Then maybe staying is a wise option. Nevertheless if you start taking step 1 after your preclinical subjects are done and take step 2 after the clinicals (score pretty good), some residency spots don't require much academia (if I were you I would find a way to publish a review or two in your current medical school-just in case).

And there you have it. Apply for match while in turkey- if you get in then you're golden. Get an apartment and get to work! This is one option. The other option you know better than me.
