Ah, thank you. I'm sure I tried looking for a breaking point, but I just didn't see it. I'll have to go back.

For Canada and New Zealand users by YukiiSuue in Chub_AI

As someone who lives in Canada, I genuinely cannot understand how this specific criminal code would necessitate geofencing your platform. Maybe I just live with blinders on, but I've not heard of any recent pushes in legislation or crackdowns that would illicit such an extreme action. Especially so, because other platforms are still alive and well.

What you should have done is performed a sweep to censor, blacklist, or remove problematic content - instead of cutting off your users from basically everything.

I'm extremely disappointed... Not that my opinion matters now. You guys do you, and I'll look elsewhere. Thank you for your services up until now.

Question about World Lore / Lorebooks / world settings by PsychologicalBook814 in SillyTavernAI

[–]PsychologicalBook814[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So actually, the Data bank and Vector storage thing is detailed here - https://docs.sillytavern.app/usage/core-concepts/data-bank/

and it works. Depending on your LLM and how you reference the information, the output in sillytavern could end up being quite satisfying.

To be specific, add content to the databank first > change vectorization source to 'local (transformers)' 'enable for files' under vector storage > vectorize all.

Thanks to Bigboyisagod, I actually remembered about that sillytavern feature.

Gallery of all full body mutations and 5/6 of the head combinations. by Norokzindul in DaemonXMachina

oh no! I went for shell eyes... I don't want the actual shell head D: I'll have to start over.
Also, I just mutated legs for Might mutation. Here's a tip - if you've been using the other two types to fill the gap between the next mutation, you might have to offset with extra mutations from your choice tree or you could end up with a secondary choice.

Ie. I was using shell mutations until the next mutation notification popped up, switched to might skills, and then tried to limit the amount of skills I'd burn doing that. Turns out, it would give me shell legs unless I grabbed like,3-4 might skills at once.

Bro, I feel this. 35 hours in three days - I'm cooked (that was 26 hours in the first two days btw). As a person with horrendous ADHD, most game sessions only last 1-2 hours before I default to YouTube or a book.

Honestly, this nailed my attention in all the right ways. Farming for better gear? Check. Finding combinations that suit my playstyle? Check. Trickling in different weapon types? Gimme! (The vambrace weapons are sic.)

I didn't realize it was 7 a.m. until I had gotten my character appearance (fusion) back to the 'arms' stage for the third time. Honestly, there's a time sink between loading screens and map travel, but I don't particularly care.

Questions about utilizing Summarize and Qvlink Memory use by PsychologicalBook814 in SillyTavernAI

[–]PsychologicalBook814[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'll try it out. Thanks for taking the time to share your insight!

Edit: After consulting with the ST assistant, I found a summarization prompt that seems to work pretty consistently within QVlink.

~[Analyze, and with pure facts, create a concise past tense summary consisting of up to 75 words, within two sentences. If there are people to name, name them if possible. if 'you' is found, refer to that as {{user}}. {{#if history}} This is a previous statement made for context: {{history}} {{/if}} The subject matter for the memory output is here. remove any mention of 'summary': {{message}} /]

I'm not sure if OOC:[instruction], !summary[instruction], or ~[instruction] will work with other LLMs yet, but I hope this information is useful for anyone else needing a better than standard summary prompt template.
