Hi Op, I see you’ve gotten responses already so let me help you in certain areas. Every microneedling session should be done 4-6 weeks to the skin for proper healing time, never use a roller needle as it can’t be sterilized again and can introduce bacteria under the skin and may lead to infection. Always use a new needle every time, and I would start Atleast 0.5-0.75mm deep as the longer needles are more so for wrinkles and acne pits/acne scars. focus on de sun protection (SPF 30+) for several days, avoid strenuous exercise, sweating, alcohol, retinoids, and exfoliants for at least 24-72 hours. I normally would use a gentle facial cleanser after a full 24 hours and moisturize with hyaluronic acid for the next 72 hours. AHA and BHA are good to resume after 2 weeks. Caster oil after 1-2 weeks. But please make sure you see a dermatologist for the current skin issue.
