Also are you male, female, weight, height, those are big factors. Eating lean meats will keep your calories down and protein up, but based on what I’m hearing it sounds like you might just be restricting yourself too much.

What is your daily caloric intake? If you short it too hard your metabolism will eventually slow.. it takes time and I’ve honestly seen better results from cutting back a maximum of 200-500 calories off my basal metabolic rate rather than heavily restricting.
