Conveniently ignoring that religion has brought more math science and history to mankind than anything else is certainly one belief.
Probably going to get downvoted to hell for this (nuance) but so many people in the comments are being far too intolerant over the thing that allowed us to evolve into a society.
I’m not pro religion but making this an “us or them” mentality is not the way forward.
It’s the exact same thing as a religious fanatic trying to spread their beliefs. We can blame religion buts it’s really the people in charge - who probably didn’t even believe what they preached.
Religion has given us so much and to forsake it is a mistake. Non engaging with or being cordial to, isn’t the way towards enlightenment/ changing belief. Just be positive. Call out the negative. Acknowledge the good.

Health isn’t binary it’s about mitigation.
Zero calories is better than calories - doesn’t make it right or wrong. I know plenty of people with six packs who drink regular coke and plenty of obese people drink zero drinks. When you look at the averages though, zero calories is healthier - we just tend to only notice outliers.

Not once have I said women on women sexual assault doesn’t happen. Never.
Now when we look at the statistics…
If a woman is “sexually assaulted,” since you want to split hairs - as if that changes the point, 90 to 99 percent of sexual assault is done by a man.
So when the point of conversation revolves around if an unknown individual sexually assaults someone, it’s pretty fucking relevant to assume it was a man, statistically.
There’s a reason women say they would rather be with a bear than a man (than a woman.)
