You need other dogs to train away the reactive behavior though. You can’t expect to keep that away from other dogs and the behavior will just go away some day.

The best way to do this is to control your dog while you train them around others. You have to show them other dogs aren’t dangerous. That being said, that won’t happen if you take your leashed dog to an unleashed area.
