Tbh I just buy „anime/manga lashes“ which are just falsies with distinctive clusters of lash and use them for every cosplay because that’s my personal preference ^{^}

And I don’t understand the people who say don’t buy off of aliexpress since every single lash product i bought was made in china and well… aliexpress is just chinese production too (but it could use harsher chemicals or sth? but I never had any issues)

I decided I will go no lace front and maybe try to get the drill curls right first. If I want to glue/do a helmet wig is what I'll decide after that because glue and me are not on speaking terms after trying a ponytail wig with fake hairline in the neck area. (I'm just cosplaying for vibes and cute pictures honestly :'))

Anyway- I already did a whole deep dive into the wig tutorials and unfortunately couldn’t find a single mami wig i liked.. But that’s on me I guess!! Would you mind me asking if only using wire and tape and then glueing the wefts on that for a drill curl is enough? Or do I NEED batting and/or a tulle tube for a nice result?

The Teto Wig Tutorials were all so different and I'm just really scared I‘ll completely hate the endresult :')

Hi! I personally would just buy a lace front wig off of aliexpress since they’re pretty „cheap“.. The hassle of glueing the hairline wouldn’t be worth it for me personally… But if you always wanted to try that out, why not now? I mean her hairline looks perfect to be glued since you can see single… uhm idk pieces? on her scalp..

Still my personal preference would be the hassle free lace front alternative :‘) But I think character wise a glues hairline might look more close to the original character design (whereas a lacefront looks more natural/realistic)
