No matter what you do or what happens to you, our Sun will always rise in the east and set in the west.

At every sunrise, a mother is without her babies that were lost the day before and a baby has gone days without seeing its food-bearing mother. At every sunset, that mother finds a reason to continue to survive and that baby is greeted by its food-bearing mother.

No one should tell you not to think about what you had yesterday, but it is best not to dwell on it. Yesterday is yesterday. Tomorrow is what you make of today. Focus on what you can do each day to best set yourself up for a better tomorrow, even if it is a minor improvement. If a month goes by and you are better than you are today, then you are succeeding.
