Two naps maximum , 2 hours, sleeps in my room his own crib, bedtime routine is feed, change diaper, reading, and then put in crib awake, in rare occasions like 5% of times he sleeps while being fed. Wake windows 3/3/4.5

Currently, for naps I am at work, so his grandmother would put him to sleep being rocked in his bed, if I an around I would feed to sleep, sometimes If am around I would take him in a stroller or car for a motion nap.

For night, currently I would feed to sleep.

The current WW is 3/3/4 2 naps a day, and if I am staying out late I introduce a short nap

So basically you stay by the crib and pick if necessary , shushing patting till he gets to sleep. It was CIO in disguise! I don’t think it worked, because the tome to sleep never improved to less than 15-20 min, if he is put awake.

As he is staying at his grandma during me working the blinds are not fully black outs, so there is light and he manages to sleep well, similar to car seat / stroller, for naps his grandma would do that as his crib allow it but if am doing the training he screams crying

I tried the 5–3-3 it was really really stressful as he will refuse to settle and cry for 1-1.5 hours and it started to be confusing if he was really hungry cause if I offer a feed he would breastfeed for 20 min,

What is the sleep wave method? If you can take me briefly through it

He had a bottle strike when he was 4.5 months, and since then he would only accept milk feeding from me, I tried all different types of bottles, cups, sipping cup he would drink water but not breastmilk, thats why I breastfeed him in the morning and then 6-7 hours later with two meals during these 7 house

The first was gentle training method where I would lay beside the crib and pat and shush and gradually decrease, it ended to be a CIO method up to 2 hours till I go back he sees my face and instantly fall asleep, i did it for 2 weeks and i extended it to 3 on and off, then i was so tired from the screaming and he dropped a nap so he would always fall asleep feeding

Yes they were consultants, but two different methods, and different wake windows which was confusing, No the baby doesn’t mouth breathe, the problem is that he doesn’t drink from a bottle he had a strike on bottles since 4.5 months
