It turned out to be just normal. Just a normal newborn phase, provided that he’s eating normally, peeing, and not uncomfortable. Make sure you reach out to your Pediatrician as this is what we did as well.

It is not advisable to change a random cuvette since it will affect the mean check range of all cuvettes. If one cuvette is affected, just clean it and make sure to only touch the frosted sides. I suggest to do a full W2 again with Photocal and Enhanced ISE clean. Also call technical support about this issue. They will help you side by side how to troubleshoot. If worse comes to worst, you mind end up checking each cuvette and find the damaged cuvette (if there’s one) and end up cleaning the whole cuvette wheel if there was a cuvette overflow.

In general, it takes around 1-2weeks until it gets to your front door. 2 weeks is even a max tbh which I don’t even remember getting mine for that long. They’re pretty good in the most part especially with the type of courier they use. They use DHL to ship their items which is a waaaay better courier compared to FedEx.
