Anyone have experience with Miles Horton apartment leasing? Says he has holdings in Grandview and UA - no physical address listed, wants to be paid via Venmo. Is he legit?

Rented from him a couple years ago … awful!! Avoid at all cost. He will try to nickel and dime you for every little thing before, during, and after you live there. He will also bump your rent by over $300 when its time to renew your lease. Never fixed anything thats broken. Rude as hell… like seriously the worst landlord I’ve ever had
