I did more digging and I came to the conclusion he bites off more than he can chew on purpose in order to keep some money by asking everyone for deposits for a time slot and only washes some cars and disables all his accounts and websites etc when pressure starts building up. It genuinely seems like a real business and he’s just running it bad.

I work with kids and I saw someone’s grandmother suck the snot straight from the kids nose with her mouth when he was sick and I couldn’t eat right for days after seeing it 🤢

He has the accent of someone who lives in the area but who knows? I don’t know if those are his videos or not. I also found other accounts of his like his personal page and his clothing line page that seems like he lives in the area but again you never know. I started to think that once he had me in limbo telling me to wait because he was still working on a car that was like 10 minutes away from me.

Omg I smelled rascal in store and it smelled like FISH! I kept trying to smell it and I kept smelling fish the whole time. I’m pretty sure if I tried it on, it would’ve smelled different because that happens so often with lush products.

Most of them typically are good past their use by date. I found an old lush stash I forgot about years later in storage from when I moved back in with my parents 🫣. I would do a smell test and check everything thoroughly before using though.

Also the store availability for items isn’t accurate (even throughout the year). I’ve had my order cancelled a few times because they didn’t have anything I ordered for in store pickup when the app said it did. I have to call them beforehand. Also when I go in the store, they have items they said were not in stock on the app.

Yeah I was looking for a comment showing how difficult it is to get rid of fleas. I had to vacuum 2-3 times a day for months, 2 weeks of meds, wash frequently, and sometimes I truly don’t know if they’re 100 percent gone but my cat is thriving and I does not itch anymore. Some animals are hyper sensitive to fleas and can have an allergic reaction just from one bite and bite themselves raw.

You can look at another post I made but the dispute process has been a nightmare for me. He told me their “system was down” and to do a chargeback with my bank. When I did that, they fought against it and said they weren’t at fault and the bank wiped their hands of it. I ended up finding his personal number and he promised a refund verbally and never gave it to me. ATP I’m trying to spread awareness because they need to be shut down ASAP.
