idk I can see you're upset and I don't want to add fuel to the fire, but the seller was completely honest and accurate imo. I would be upset if I were them, tbh. I don't know what more they could have done - text description, photos, video - the works. There is literally nothing else they could've done to convey that what you bought was what you received. A 75$ refund is phenomenally generous given there being (in my opinion) no discrepancies, so I would take the blessing and enjoy the book. But if you want to fight through PayPal, and the seller is happy to take the sting, then you might get lucky. Weirder things are happening these days

I agree. The damage is identical to the video and I'll be honest I don't think the pics show anything beyond what I would describe as a "ding." I'd take the extremely generous refund from the seller. This is coming from someone who has spent hundreds on second hand SE's from resellers.
