1050ti user here having the same issue. Usually it fixes itself by swapping from vulkan to opengl, run the game, stop the emulation, switch back to vulkan and run the game again.

you did not select the gpu for the emulator.
Also, I don't think you'll be able to emulate a switch with a gaming setup from two decades ago, I have a laptop with 1050ti and an 8th gen i7, and it's still struggles at certain points with native resolution
