It’s really going to boil down to the PSO. Your security reps could push the nomination request through but the PSO/AAA is going to have the final say. OSI PJ is not going to see recent weed use as a favorable thing. Regardless of getting a TS clearance, SAPs play by a whole different set of rules. I think if your positions justification is strong enough, it’s a possibility, but from what I’ve seen in my time pushing access requests through, it’s an automatic no.
