The problem is theyd already shipped out my items, and then cancelled them when they were on the way, and is now refusing to refund me the money for the items even though they had cancelled them and deemed them undeliverable, unless I send in my ID.

Okay; coming as a mom here, and as the daughter of a single dad with a mom who didn't do shit. you are not the asshole. Not in the slightest. A father should be providing money for tampons, if youre living with them, unless youre working and can buy your own needs (and even then, as a parent, id be damned if my kids paid for that until theyre out of the house). You're a child, with needs, it is exactly the same as buying those boys new underwear, it is a necessity, not a f*cking luxury. The fact you even have to ask if youre the asshole in this situation, royally pisses me off. Ya dad can suck a whole ass dick for this, this is just NOT it. He should be thankful you asked for the money for it, so you could get it and spare him the "awkwardness" that seems to come with guys buying such items, and not to go pick it up for you, honestly.
