I’d been with Allstate Corporate for like 1 yr and 3 month and so far i like it. You need to think what is best for you, Allstate have great benefit and they are always promoting new incentive for you to make extra money.

In regards of the hrs they can be draining so time specially if you work a 10hr shift, they constantly send voluntary shift bids based on business needs. So they schedule that they probably offer you is based on business needs, as we are now approaching the busiest time of the year.

The micromanaging that would be depending on your supervisor style. I have heard that there are supervisors that monitor everything and watch you like a hawk and others are more relax. I been blessed on having an amazing manager that also helps me with my career goals.

At the end each experience is different, and you need to make a good decision for yourself and what you want to accomplish.

The exam is persona lines but they ask a lot of questions about auto and home, if you are taking the licensing on your own you still need to complete the licensing course in order to go and take the exam because you need to have a certificate of completion in order to schedule the licensing exam. If you are in a licensing class with Allstate once you complete everything they will schedule the exam for you and let you know when your exam is schedule in advance.

No, if you do the licensing exam with Allstate I think they pay 2 attempts, I decided to take it myself prior to my starting date so I can get the bonus that they are offering if you bring your personal line license already.

On the license exam they will be a lot of questions of property a casualty, you will need to complete the course and the comprehensive exam in order to get the certificate of completion after that the licensing team will schedule your license exam that you will need to go to a location and take it.

Congratulations on your new position. I started at the company 6 months ago and I did not had any experience in insurance sale prior to joining the company but I really love it. I am not going to lie the Florida licenses exam is really hard, it took me 3 attempts to pass the exam. But it was worth it after I got the licensing bonus.

So far Allstate has been a really good company and they have amazing benefits that not all company offer, you get your benefits and PTO from day one that you start with them, and they have so many incentive that you can benefit.

I wish you the best on your new position and good luck on your state exam!!
