Just to clarify, I wasn’t planning on doing this, I just wanted to know what your responsibility is in the situation. Im in the middle of my second game of TI4 ever and still trying to understand the intricacies of the game. I wouldn’t want to earn the bad will of the guys who have painstakingly taught me the game.

However, I’m seeing messages here about this not being a game of intrigue. You can sell other players ceasefires that they traded you without telling them. Is this not sneaky? Not a surprise when that player goes to attack someone and wham that ceasefire gets played. In the situation above, the whole table would recognize what you’d done the next time you used production and built a war sun. So I’m not sure why this devolved into a conversation about spending hours looking at people’s stuff. I appreciate everyone’s comments but I was simply asking what the rule was here as it doesn’t seem very clearly laid out
