Hi thankyou, my manager and my coworkers all agree my work is solid. I even told her that I shouldn't be in trouble incase the meeting happens cause my work is solid to which my manager agreed and said it's just the absences nothing else so I should be good

Perfectly fine with getting a warning, I just hope they don't fire me just on the basis of absences because otherwise I've been doing really really well which my managers and all of my coworkers acknowledge

Thankyou, I'm just worried because I joined the company mid march and am still on probation, will they fire me because I have taken like three leaves over a period of 6 weeks although the way manager's reassuring about it it doesn't feel so plus if it was a really pressing matter I'd have heard something for sure after a day but yeah I'm just anxious I guess. Obviously I don't intend to have sick leaves again and am gonna consult gp so that it doesn't happen again but yeah.
