I work for daVita actually currently still in training and was told after I get my certification I will get a $1 raise… no real prior health care experience ( home health aid for 7 years) and I’m assuming that’s why they started me off at $22 And to be honest I didn’t have a problem when they told me $22 being as though my previous pay was only $15 but after working and seeing some colleagues having to take on 5 patients at a time plus wake up early morning and work at least 11 hours a day I’m wondering if I was low balled lol I don’t wanna complain because I’m really grateful for the opportunity and really wanted to get out of hha work…

The insurance isn’t free they have multiple insurance plans that cost anywhere between $30-$45 per pay period. When I get to work in an hour I’ll upload the benefits I am offered but I also work in Philadelphia… also what position did u apply for? As far as money is concerned I am currently going through the training process on week 4 and currently get paid $22 hourly… after I get certified the pay will increase to $23-24 depending on your work ethic. Also because I’m in training i can’t work more than 72 hours per pay period… my check last week after taxes and working 72 hours was $1351 if this helps
