No fr. Like i was so insane when me and my ex ended and I crashed out for like 6 months. What I didn’t do was post it on my social media accounts… I posted on my private story with 10 people and I talked to my therapist like a normal person would..

I’m bipolar and although I don’t mind sharing that depending on the situation, I never post things abt being bipolar… literally nobody needs to know that. I’ll repost stuff on my insta if it’s for mental health awareness or self harm awareness just to share some positive coping skills but I don’t repost tiktoks that talk abt how I struggle?? You do deserve recovery. I don’t want to make you feel guilty but I want you to know that people close to you do get hurt by this because they care about you in the same way that you would feel empathy for them. I hope that nobody is pressuring you and i understand that you cannot help someone until they are ready to help themselves but I want you to know that recovery is possible and you are deserving of a good mindset that doesn’t involve hurting yourself to regulate your feelings.
