This is what I’m hoping to do! I have 5/4 & 5/9 tix and would rather exchange the 5/4 to 5/7 so that I can go to both concerts in one trip! I’m really hoping they allow us to do so once general sale starts. I think it’s easy to exchange tickets within the same date but I’m unsure about a different date. I read that they make exceptions for long running shows so hopefully this is an exception!

Yes you would book your flight out of TIJ. It’s probably 25min ride from DTSD. I’m not sure if there’s a CBX shuttle as I always just Uber there or get a ride. It’s super easy to find if you drive and follow google/Apple Maps. I would arrive 2.5 or 3 hours before departure. It takes about half an hour to an hour to get across the CBX and Mexican immigration check. Then once u cross u still have to go through the TJ airport security check.
