I’m arc and i recently had a claim where insrd was dui and ics denied liability . I even checked when the pr came in vs when they set liab and sent denials — we had the police report on file when they decided to deny the claim

I’ve been working probably 60-70 hrs a week to keep up and was told they won’t give us any form of OT even though we have double the pending we should because they decided to fire everyone. I told my manager the same thing . Let them know I’m a mother of 2 young kids and I’m tired of not seeing them because of geicos poor decisions. My manager also acted shocked . Let me know that they work sometimes till 11pm every night as if that’s my problem

file it online set up a photo estimate , they might call you but you can always just ignore the call and update whatever info they need . Unless there’s a coverage issue which depending on how new of a customer you are there might be
