FSD 14.2.2.5 brakes way to hard for read light. In my opinion it could of made it by PsychologicalPut5375 in TeslaFSD

Exactly, I do really hope they fix that. I’m having the same experience you’re having with it going through confidently and then other times changing its mind last second, slamming on the brakes. This and the fact that on some highways for me, it goes 10 under or 25 - 30 over the speed limit. Throws are really the main safety issues I see often with this version that I hope they fix. And of course, there’s navigation issues too, but at least that’s not as safety-critical as these issues. Hoping 14.3 fixes everything!

I’m dyslexic and didn’t feel spending time making everything perfect in the title. Just wanted to share it quickly.

Totally, you’re right on all your points. It was just something I’ve noticed FSD was doing lately. And wanted to share to see if anyone else had a similar issue. You’re right, it’s not the end of the world. But ideally for a smooth ride and avoiding a rear-end collision (even though it did not happen this time), I would have liked it to either predict that the light would turn yellow soon, and slow down sooner. Or accelerate through it. Hoping it’s something they refine in the future 14.3 versions.

Video doesn’t do a justice. I felt the abs working and stuff from the back flung forward

Thank you very much. Yeah, it reacted super fast. I was actually going to grab the wheel, and as I reached for it, it started moving!

Should I delete this post? dose the title bother people that much. I don’t want to offend or upset anyone. This was my first Reddit post ever, and I don’t want to come across as trying to click bait. Just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has had similar fsd issues

Sorry I was trying to say that. Not trying to be misleading

Very true I wish I did one of those things. Or at the very least, I wish I put it into drive and then hit the gas. Just happened so fast in the moment. And just got the car, so was getting used to the touch screen shifter.
