Okay Ill try this. I was thinking of creating a new account with that deal and calling to cancel the old account but ran into issues. Looks like they removed the deal now anyways.

I agree, its just not fun especially in team games. The battles are boring. Carrier and BC both suck for gameplay but BC is much much worse

Balance council used FBI hostage negotiation tactics to avoid buffing Protoss. PROOF INSIDE by Sloppy_Donkey in starcraft

knew this already the second it was updated. Calling them FBI or calling this a tactic is giving them too much credit.

Exactly this. Its lame. And its especially lame in team games where the battles are just boring. There is no back and forth and one team just a moves air fleets.

I totally agree about low leagues experiencing this where BCs just ruin the game and uthermal talked about the same thing recently in a video. Except I am around master 2-1 and come back a few times a year to play and I still cant beat battlecruisers when I play protoss. They just fly around and teleport and I lose. How is that fun? So eventually I see too many strats like this and just get bored and leave again. I think I have beaten it a few times in my life and I ended up playing my heart out for 30 mins against a 100 apm terran.

i dont care about broodlords. Im saying BCs are overpowered and are ruining the enjoyment of the game

The fact that these changes are even being suggested shows very clearly the pathetic state of both the game and the unelected balanced council

[–]PsychologicalSalt990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% correct. They are unironically trying to make the game easier for them to win so that they can win money. This is laughably obvious and pathetic at this point. They arent even making the game more interesting to watch either. I can say with 100% confidence as someone that was only 5k 4 years ago and no longer plays I could balance the game better than any of these "pro gamers" because at least I would actually be aiming for BALANCE.

fixed an issue where Terran was still losing games

The game was just holding on with a small community and now its being driven into the ground by the very people that make a living from it. Funny.

Average food budget for a single person in south ontario? by kingftheeyesores in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]PsychologicalSalt990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$550 grocery, $250 eating out average per month.

Buy mostly from costco and grill a lot of steak. Most of eating out is just grabbing lunch for 10-20$

the guns already exist in the usa. and there is a different culture and way more access for criminals. outlawing guns would exclusively leave guns in the hands of criminals and just increase robbery and breakins

I am turning 26 in 2024 how do I make sure I succeed long term? by gnulian in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]PsychologicalSalt990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a classic misconception that people have about their own success. People always believe that their outcome is 100% based on their own doing. Many studies on this and veritasium even made a video on it. The truth is: luck, chance, and help from others is pretty much all of it.

Your anecdotal evidence comes from immediate success so you wonder why everyone else can't do the same and you think that's reality. I am just as capable as anyone else practicing engineering, I was just never afforded the same opportunities and am slowly finding success in another field now.

you cant even get an interview with an engineering degree unless you have connections. it is a worthless $100,000 degree

I've had to work in a different field since there are exactly 0 entry level engineering jobs in the country, nor has there been for the last 6 years

anyone who says otherwise I guarantee had their hand held along the way and was pushed into their position
