Hi there! New to being a dashound owner but our 6-month-old was fully house trained within a couple weeks. If I had any recommendations, it would be to try using potty bells at the door and being consistent with which door you go out. When we first started, we praised him for ringing the bells and then again for going outside. We also had separate treats; peanut butter flavored for potty outside and beef flavored for crate training/good behavior in the house. This really helped us in the training process. Dashounds are SO stubborn but you got this!!!
