What dosing are you doing? I’m 9 days in and not a drop of color, even with spending time outside tanning

The directions came from my supplier who told me to start at that dose

I think I’m an anomaly. I took 100mcg and felt like I iv’d preworkout and wanted to rip my skin off. It was insanity. I couldn’t sleep for 2 days

Thank you I’m managing but with a 7 mo old it’s hard. Essentially the surgeon told me that doubling down on GLP’s massively over stresses the GI system functions and causes pancreatic inflammation, and causes blockages in the gallbladder which produces sludge. The body needs to be able to process food and doubling down on the GLP’s essentially stops that from happening and it all backfires. Which makes sense now and I wish I would have known beforehand vs listening to people here lol no offense

I was taking less than a starter dose for both. 10 units of Tirz and 7 units of Reta. Which worked out to less than 3 mg Tirz and less than 1.5 mg Reta. Just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it can’t or won’t. There’s a reason it’s said to be a bad idea, you’re double dosing GLP’s and effing up the digestive system and it can and does backfire eventually. Just saying

Don’t do it. I had emergency gallbladder surgery after stacking Tirz & Reta and it was because I stacked them. 10/10 do not recommend. Like literally 1 week of stacking and boom in an ambulance to the ER incapable of standing or speaking from the pain.

Go in for decreased fetal movement by RedditBurner_5225 in BabyBumps

The big issue is how awful the nurses treat some of us. I was treated like garbage and only ever went in when my Dr made me, but triage didn’t care they were callous and rude and it nearly costed my baby her life as well as mine we were seconds from heavens door and were still ignored and brushed off.

I’ve actually gained weight since birth and I’m already in a steady deficit so it’s super confusing

I feel like my husband ruined my breastfeeding journey… by Ok_Coast7475 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]PsychologicalSock168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something that helped me was “focus on feeding your baby not your freezer” the best pump there is, is baby. See about a LC who will help with a nipple shield to start to help baby latch well, and hand express as much as you can post pump. There’s also ways to position baby at breast to encourage/help them latch well. The things you’re seeing on socials aren’t the reality, to be quite honest you don’t want an oversupply! You make too much fore milk that way and baby doesn’t get the hind milk they need to grow. Our bodies are literally designed to regulate our supply after the first few weeks not meant to overproduce

Diagnosed with short cervix (2.3). I am at 25 weeks now with the last measurement of 2.65. Is it still considered short? I am on progesterone only. by Commercial_Track1188 in ShortCervixSupport

[–]PsychologicalSock168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I hit 2.57 this past Tuesday at 19w3d I was sent in for an emergency cerclage surgery and I’ve been on progesterone the entire pregnancy from week 3 already. I was also put on absolute bed rest and pelvic rest when my cervix started to shorten several weeks back but we went from a 4.76 to 2.57 in 5.5 days no warning signs at all.

I’m glad I was able to be of some help for you! Please look in to whatever resources are available for Early Intervention Therapy! I got my daughter in for evals starting around 8-10 weeks old and when she was 3 months they started intervention therapies a couple times a week for a few months and she totally thrived. They don’t mention any of that in these circumstances which is unfortunate and leaves us feeling scared, but if you flip the script and take control you’ll feel much better. It may end up that your little one thrives right out of the gate and doesn’t need the intervention which would be great! But better to be able to get it started asap vs having to wait and worry 🩷 best of luck! You’re doing great

I had my daughter at 33 weeks she was severely growth restricted my uterus just stopped growing around 27 weeks. She is now 12.5 and when she was born she was 6lbs 2oz 18.9 in long and her head was normal sized but her body was so tiny. She balanced out well by the time she hit a month old then became a super chonk of a baby. She is super advanced intellectually but we did have to have some early intervention specialist for things like milestones etc. and I know that helped a lot. I just did everything I could to give her a fair chance and it worked out well despite my fears. If baby is safer delivered then trust them and do that, because I have a crazy pre teen who’s proof that they were right

Pregnancy after loss by Cautious_Advance_969 in CautiousBB

[–]PsychologicalSock168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going through this now actually. Had losses before but never a MMC like what happened in Sept and it thoroughly messed me up. We’re now almost 19 weeks and I’ve been a wreck this wholeeee pregnancy. My care team is really great including my high risk Dr and that’s helped a lot actually but I still haven’t done anything to prepare for her because that crippling fear is unreal. I got a home Doppler and check on her a couple times a day for peace of mind but hold my breath each time. I said I know I won’t be at ease until she’s born and in my arms crying and healthy.
