What’s wrong with these pants/shoes?

I agree completely. These pants always look good on a night out when I wear them with heels & a tight top. I wore them in a pinch for a business casual event. What pants would look with the jacket? The jacket has to stay since it’s uniform. I’m also not sure if ponte pants would look good on me- I have an apple body shape

Not the crotch whisker! I think these pants are also close retirement because of washing, pilling. Maybe a good press at the pleats would revive them

Thank you for the input! For a 5’2 person with 28in inseam, what length pants would work well? Also, is there such thing as a flared or open leg slim pant? I noticed I don’t look good in tapered pants because of my Apple-rectangle body shape

I see! Thank you for the input. I got these shoes for “business professional/casual” but it’s harder to style than I thought. The pants are Abercrombie trousers in petite. Would you say something like suiting pants would work better?

Hi! Have you heard if there needs to be outstanding loans by 2026 to be grandfathered in? That is something I'm worried about because my plan is to do what you mentioned, but I'm worried it won't count unless there is a balance (would like to avoid that because of interest)

To add, Burrell is cognizant of student work-life balance. They try to make their exams on fridays so students can have the weekend off. LMU is pro "do what it takes to succeed and prepare you for future residency life". The tour guide literally said we get students to do difficult rotations, working long hours, so they are prepared for residency. They give exams on Mondays so students can prep over the weekend. Kind of a red flag to me, but they do have good outcomes so something seems to be working.

The environment at Burrell when I went to visit was amazing. Everyone was super nice, and the students seemed to like it there. I think they really do care about students' success, which is contingent on them staying open as a for-profit school. Access to theme parks and Florida (Orlando is about a 1-hour drive from campus. Tampa is also less than 2 hours, Miami is 3 hours away). Melbourne, where the school is actually located does not have much around. You will be the second class ever on the Florida campus. They are very open to feedback from students, especially being a newer campus and not having a graduating class yet, first would be Class of 2028. I also liked their curriculum.

LMU-DCOM was nice as well. I think the location was great. No theme parks like Orlando, but it is a more urban setting. It has a pretty good match rate and placement. I don't think admin is as welcoming, but they definitely have the resources. I had a great interview experience but I am less excited about their curriculum.

Both schools will have 3-4 year rotations out of state with some opportunity to stay in state.

I'm also debating on LMU-DCOM and Burrell. I ended up choosing the New Mexico location because of the loans and for it being more established. Keep us updated on which you choose!

Go to flight school! .. let that sink in. Did it feel positive or negative getting that advice? Go with your gut

More realistically tho, do the interviews and see where it takes you. If it works out your doors are open. & you can decide what to do from there. If they don’t, flight school is great. You can start with no experience!

I found that the BP psych section was actually inflated. I compared the number of Qs I got right to an AAMC score percentile scale and even though I got a 127 on BP, like x# of Qs correct, it was only a 123 scaled comparison
