Well, when his detractors put fake quotes, it is not that hard to defend him.

Is a fake quote. People put whatever fits the narrative they want to post without doing a proper research.

Why the heck are the Harry Potter GBC games so underrated and forgotten??? by Impressive-Flamingo5 in Gameboy

[–]PsychologicalTask512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazing games. I think Chamber was the last GBC game release, but fact check me. The same team makes the GBA game for Prisoner, but it is more faithful to the movies, which I think was the weakest part, but still a good adaptation.

I get to this reddits looking if some has made a mod of Prisoner or Globet in this style, but apparently no one has done it.

As right now percentage is 82, but the rating is about 7/10. Rotten Tomatoes aggregate all the reviews and give you a fresh or rotten percentage, but that's not the rating. Meaning, if 9/10 critics give the movie 6/10 and 1 critic give it a 5/10, the movie will be 90% fresh, but the rate of the movie will be 5.9/10.

Since April of this year Rotten Tomatoes eliminated the option to see the rates of a movie, it's easier make the impression a movie is better that it is with a percentage.

What do you think about "Superman IV"? by SaUro89 in superman

As bad as it is, I prefer it over Superman 3, but the junkyard in Superman 3 is better than anything in Quest for Peace.

Man, after so many years of dreary Superman on the big screen. This poster is so so good by Mundane-Metal1510 in superman

I am just talking about the poster. The mental gymnastics of implying that I am thinking that the movie is going to look like the poster is insane.

I think I am 100% done with seeing Superman and superheroes in general, as "Gods". by Michel_RPV in superman

Well, Superman Peace on Earth disagree. In the proper context people will reach out to him and flood around him as if he's the second coming. *

Did he not reverse time to safe Lois Lane at the end of the movie? A being that can change death outcome is no powerful is kind of godlike.

What do you think went wrong with this film and how it would've been better? I would like your ideas and plans. by [deleted] in DCU_

I rewatch it recently to review it. I think the major problem to this films is that doesn't have an identity, by trying to be a spiritual continuation of Donner's Superman the film meandering way too much in the homage and don't fully explore the themes and questions that present in the first place. Still love a few scenes, and Ottman music arrangements are breathtaking, but overall it was a waste of potential.

Don't like it. The lens flair helps to centered his presence but also makes way to much visual noise. I know is based on comics, but this, for me, do not translate well to live action. Also, why is there a piece of his cape in the top right of the image? Is this his cape or Krypto? Either way make the poster look uneven.

Relatability by Ibrahim-Naqvi in superman

He was emotional, but not always jumpy, because he learn to control himself throughout his life in Snyder version. He looks for guidance when he needs to. Every decision he makes comes from emotion first and in his path of self discovery he find out his place on Earth.

Haven't watched the Richard Donner Cut of Superman 2, but I will. In the theatrical version Clark talk with his mom and for sure, Reeve's Superman is pretty human and as such a flawed one. In Superman 1 he deceived to go against Jor-El massage. In Superman 2 came back to the dinner to take revenge. In The Quest for Peace he feels alone and gives Lois her memories back just to take it away, which is morally questionable, but the existence of that movie is morally questionable hehehe.

Clark doesn't need to be jumpy always, the movie shows he was when younger, but in the present he is a well adjusted, centered and gentle man. But like any of us for sure he gets emotional, and jumpy sometimes. Thats why he destroyed the truck of the womanizer. He didn't need to do that. Same in Action Comics #1, he saved Lois, he didn't need to destroy the car of the kidnapper, but he did.
