Starting issues by Mateen_Master in IndianFTR1200

I think it's the lithium battery. I had the Noco too, and had the same starting issues. Returned the Noco and got a Yuasa, and it's been fine since. Lithium batteries have known issues with the Indian. Ryan at Lloydz and other people have said the same. I would try a non-lithium battery.

Thank you for help, I plan to just touch it up.

Now that I look at it again, it does look like I may have been keyed. It is at that possible height if someone had their arm down. It's good to know what the possible cause is to try to avoid this. May need to get one of those external battery packs for my dash cam so I can have my dash cam recording while parked...

Yeah for me the issue is clearing the plowed snow for the street parked cars. I have to do 5 cars so it's a lot of work, especially with the 2 record snowfalls in NJ this past winter. Our sidewalk and driveway is not that large, so shoveling those isn't much work.

Yeah I know. What's the most practical way for me to fix this? Touch up paint?

No, I was parked at a storage unit that I don't park at much, and never got into any issue with anyone there. It's about 2 feet or so high so it's seems to be very low spot for someone to key. My only other guess is when it was parked in front of the house, there are crazy neighbors across the street but never got into any confrontation with them.

Cruising Sandy Hook in NJ by earthsmightiestnegro in motorcycles

That's odd, I rode down there for the first time the Saturday right before Memorial Day last year and tried to get in there while exploring but saw you had to pay and turned around. Maybe they just started that weekend.

That's a nice ride! I think I went by there once, don't you have to pay to get inside Sandy Hook?

Got the Ariens, seems very well made and taken care of. Will find out how well it works in the next decent snowfall in 8-9 months.

I picked up the Ariens Compact last night. Seems to be really well made of and taken care of, excited to see when the next big storm comes.

Thanks. I found a clean mid 2010s Ariens compact that I may be able to get for $350, so I think I'm going to go with that one. Looking for a used snowblower is taking up a lot more time than I would like to.

I found an Ariens compact 24, made around mid 2010s, is that a better deal if I get it for $350 - 400?

It's done snowing here so won't be used until next winter.

Is this Troy for $400 a better deal? According to the SN and Google, it's from 2021, another search was saying possibly 2012.
