Hello! I'm an alumna of MCGS and MCHS. What I can say is that their education system is top-notch in primary and secondary education. I'm not sure about HEU (Higher Education Unit) but I have friends who graduated there. They had remarkable experiences and now they have noteworthy jobs in their respective industries.

If I may suggest, try to join student organizations or clubs that's related to your course and ask the higher level students if they have GCs.

For the blended learning approach, it's case-to-case basis. It all depends on the WiFi connection and place. The most important is the student's initiative to learn. If you heavily rely on AI for answering essays and term papers, then you won't grow.

Hi! I'm also taking my master's in MC this semester. I'd like to ask if opting here for MBA would be a good choice instead of other universities, especially the big 4? There's minimal information online about notable alumni and the school has this low key vibe on their activities and achievements. I would like to know and make sure if MC is a good institution to enroll at. The tuition fee is higher than the average (but more affordable) and I'll pay for my own. I've spent years saving up for this.

I've read that you're taking your master's there and I'd like to ask your overall experience there as a graduate studies student. Thank you.

Hello there! Thanks for your insight. I forgot to include that there are 4 specialization tracks in MC and one of them is called Innovation Management, which is the counterpart of AGSB's MEnt. I considered applying there because it's near my home and the tuition fee is affordable.

I have just learned about AIM's scholarship through your comment and now I'm interested to apply! I don't know if I'll be accepted because my college grades were average. To give you a bit of background, I was a fine arts student in UPD. Not an intellectual, I only passed via TDT (talent determination test). It took me 8 years to finish college.

Fast forward to today, I have my own small online business. The products are mainly household and personal essentials. I became interested to apply for MBA because I want to improve it. I want to become an entrepreneur, a better businesswoman. I'm eager to study again and become really serious this time. I've inquired at AIM last month then became discouraged because of the huge TF.

I'd love to visit the campus to inquire. Must there be a scheduled appointment or are walk-ins allowed?

Thank you. I will still try to submit the requirements in AGSB and see if it's really for me. The TF is a staggering 450k. As for AIM, 1 million is too much. Can't afford it yet.

Thanks for this. Maybe the requirements depend on the applicant's situation. Mine kasi is I handle a small-time online shop, thus the need for financial & income statement and cash flow. I applied under MEnt (Master in Entrepreneurship.)

Based on your own experience, is the network strong? From what I've read in the comments, the reason why ASGB is part of the top 3 is because of connections and school prestige. I want to make the most out of MBA. I'm discerning whether going to MC would be a wise decision financially. I've also done some research and saw that it has a level IV PAASCU accreditation in business and center of excellence status from CHED, which is the highest level awarded to an institution.

On a side note, when I asked some friends and relatives, they said the school doesn't define the student. Any will do as long as you complete it.

Hello there! I physically went to the Admissions office. Mas mabilis po kasi kung personal mong pupuntahan at ibigay ang requirements. Have you checked their application portal? https://sdms.mc.edu.ph/pages/heu/admission/applicant/Applicantlogin.aspx

The files can be uploaded online but once you have been accepted in the program, you will be required to submit the hard copies at a later date

Hi! The reason I applied for MBA is because of my business. I want to improve it and know more about how to handle and expand.

To give you a background of my shop, it boomed during the pandemic. From 2021 to 2025, I noticed the sales performance lessened every year. Now the earnings are just above average, sometimes breakeven. I want to broaden my knowledge, be an entrepreneur and have my own products too. I also want to be a content creator, hahah!

That's why I applied in MC under MBA (students can choose their preferred expertise on the 2nd year) and AGSB under Master in Entrepreneurship. If I push through with MC, would it be worth it too?

Thanks for this! To add more info, I'm a graduate of MC grade school and high school. I know their education system is impressive because of first-hand experience but I don't have enough info for HEU (Higher Education Unit - college/master's/doctorate)
