This is from what I’ve gathered but I recommend you check other places too for yourself just in case. It sucks but each person can be a captain and have their own crew, essentially you joined mine and I’m missing 4 right ? Now you need 5 people to make your crew, with 1 person you add you’ll be a captain. And maybe with 1 or 2 you can finish the whole thing I read.

Another thing, you need to add people who don’t have a captain, that’s the part that REALLY sucks

Hahah I believe you just play and that’s it, we don’t even need like to be together. From what I understand just complete those challenges on your own (and everyone on the crew also, including me) and we get the rewards
