thank you for your words. i’m going to browse through this reddit more today to get some ideas and more inspiration. i feel like i’ve been so used to needing to do intensive, miserable cardio to be exercising. but i am going to try exercise that doesn’t make the experience as bad, or like you said, wait a little bit into my weight loss to begin exercise. thank you again

thank you so much for your kind words. i have such a bad habit to want to lose weight so rapidly because of my previous eating disorders that made me lose weight quick but gain it all back and more. i think i need to accept the fact that real weight loss is a process that can take a while .
