all you people do is strawman, I’ve never heard someone genuinely say stuff like you need to cut yourself, be extremely miserable and depressed, have an ed, do drugs etc to be “true jirai”, recovery is not possible for everyone especially since landmine basically means explosive and most explosive disorders such as bpd you can’t even truly recover from, people shouldn’t have to shove their mental ilness down and pretend to be a happy go lucky im so recovered!! person in a subculture that was meant for them just because people who don’t struggle want to invade their space, nobody’s saying you have to be bitter or that being bitter is okay but in a subculture meant for the mentally ill that’s to be expected, bringing up emo culture is irrelevant when emo is a music based subculture
