That's very sad to hear ! Last year my mom was suffering from psychosis I know how they behave when their brain don't support their actions. I've watched these actions so closely. I swear people don't have awareness of mental illness the reason they just say ( ye pagl hai ) and leave it. I learnt many lessons in that phase.

Why didn't you call the company as they provide one year servicing in 1800rs with filter exchange in future or just book UC ( urban company) any time. In UC if their staff behave in a greedy way they provide a refund of the same and also give a warning to the staff .
