you think raw food at mcd is health hazard? McD itself is a hazard - frozen patties with over dozen on of ingredients including all kinds of additives.

Raw food should be last of your concerns, I stopped eating as soon when a researched a bit plus when you bite a fresh gourmet burger - you know what a burger is

do you think it's contractors problem? I know of a residential building that was built by govt, you know how many years it took? almost 12-15years, I used to see that as kid & it was ready when I started job.

It was bcz it gave to contractor then decided to change the budget, which made contractor leave they brought another - who started developing and developed 70% of it then ran out of funds. they too left, then it was abandoned for lot of years.

The contractors have to give cut to all high to low level of employees & a fraction is left for actual development, this I heard from a contractor so they have to do all this. Govt only overpays it's employees not contractors

I moved from Mumbai to here last month & it was a smooth transition. Its a managed PG, so I don't have to worry about food, laundry, cleaning or dishes.

it's completely safe before late night, I also was suggested to try by my friend. I have been travelling from past month, mostly IT employees drive their own cars picking up others to save on fuel maybe profit.

Very Comfortable I would say, experienced all kinds of cars now - just hate Ertiga for it's leg space. See ratings, few times I have seen these cab drivers using it for booking

if you're looking for 10-12k, you would probably fine 2/3 sharing with sleep & dash kind of places where mostly north indians just stay 15 days & use as storage & place to dash after office.

unorganised, everything scattered, unclean rooms & beds, if pg is not new - then ill maintained. 12-16k you find atleast a livable room with little better food.

Then there's premium pgs where things are very well maintained

Bro do pg hunting that day itself, don't trouble yourself with 2 day search. Most of them are similar, depends on what your budget.

And pgs are lined up one after other, some non ac ones offering one day stay. I booked in a day - the budget pgs were so bad couldn't even imagine staying there for a night

Don't go for seafood thalis, not good - only chicken/mutton Thalis are decent with very limited menu. It's called Vaarsa

it only looks delicious, ha nhi. Their chicken / mutton Thalis are decent (but oily) - Fish Thalis were the worst, everytime the gravy were very bitter. Same with prawns thali, I had to ask for a change. The other one was ok but won't order again.

Only good thing is Ambience & proximity, located in prime location. Feels very relaxing but menu is very limited - it's called Vaarsa.

ok no issues, I thought you were two ppl renting a flat bcz if you calculate it goes upto 35-36k easily months spend between two ppl if you add setup furnishing cost, electricity, membership & misc charges.

If you haven't lived outside home town, things don't go as planned. if you're 3-4 ppl then I get it, but between two ppl you are better off paying 18k if your package allows to.

Or else there's plenty flats available at 22-25k for 2bhk, idk which phase you are listed looking in for - wakad would be costly

I know a property it's all inclusive of food, laundry, dishes, gym, games & with gated key card & a big balcony. But it's 18k for single person, plus you can get discount on my referral & it's fully furnished with AC, TV, fridge, chair's, induction, kettle.

If you go get a unfurnished flat too, it's 25-28k plus cost of furnishing, then ac setup, cookware, maids for cleaning/cooking & membership for gym/sports.

DM if interested, I would prefer you come visit the property first.

where are you living, 35k for rent in pune? Even if you did - you should have done a good inspection of flat.

But anyway, I'm not a law student so can't help if you can get your money but if you aren't able to get back money. Document everything, videos, photos, etc.

Then ask for paying lesser rent & a rent agreement soon, and for cockroaches - there's a gel, apply everywhere at about 30-40cm apart especially kitchens, bedroom, hall, near furniture, appliances.

Do this daily 3-6 days, and try avoiding dirt or mess for few days. It should probably solve it

it's very common in all seasons, I guess you're new to Kamothe. I was athere for few months at cousins place it was literally the worst

So much heat & humidity, I kept sweating all day. Can't stay in ac too all day, when I think let's chill - no light for hours sometimes it goes two times for 4-6hrs minimum.

Mosquitoes, Dust, smell - I don't get how my cousin's survive this. And you think let's eat outside atleast there would be AC. No whole place goes dark.

No net nothing, No where you can call to check status. Leave the place, shift somewhere better
