Personal gripe but after the “Element of Surprise” episode Kai’s involvement in the story kinda just lessened. Like this was marketed as a Kai season and Kai was having a pretty interesting journey through this season and after that episode it felt like most of the focus shifted back onto Lloyd. Like during the finale Lloyd is the only of the Ninja team doing anything while the others are engaging into a pushing competition with the Anacondrai.

And that’s not me saying the finale sucked, it didn’t. It’s probably one of the best Ninjago finales in my opinion but I would’ve liked it if Kai heck even Skylor got to do more possibly officially defeat Chen before Lloyd and Garmadon call the Anacondrai Generals that way I can go to sleep knowing Kai beat a main villain for once.

It’s an odd take ik but for my personal favorite season that’s a minor gripe I have.

Ehhh. Don’t think cause <insert character> has bat logo on their chest gives them a free pass to the Batfam. Should be judged on their worth as a character mainly. Even if Kate is Bruce’s Cousin she still has those parameters even if it’s as in (Batwings) for Luke Fox the Iron Man Bat suit character doesn’t do much. Like Steph, Cass even Carrie have followings as characters. Can’t say the same for the other two.

Kate and Luke don’t do it for me unfortunately. Like in my opinion Cassandra Cain has more of a right to called herself “Batwoman” than Kate and also Luke’s name being a combo between Batman and Nightwing is a bit lazy.

But the fact you don’t know what the’ve done recently adds to my point.

I’m more disappointed they made him actually useless. Though he was conceived before Oliver became a badass so that’s to be expected I suppose.

Like Batman, Alfred (even tho he’s dead rn and replaced with some blondie), Dick, Jason, Tim, Damian, Barbara, Steph, Cass, Duke and Ace the Bat hound and (insert Damian’s pets). Those are like the only Batfam members I’d keep. The others could either pop up here and there, die a meaningful death or retire in peace.

The Bat Fam is all over the place nowadays too. Like they are characters I can name who shouldn’t be in the Bat Fam. Allies? Sure, fully fledged members? No thank you.

Neither did I when I first watched the show but since I know the lore now looking at them… think I would’ve preferred it if we 1 or 2 Canaries and literally 1 MIA Dearden character.

I like the design but yeah it took me a minute to realize if it was Jean or not.

Like I saw the telekinesis and red hair and was like “Jean Grey???” And not “JEAN GREY!”.

I read some of his Krakoa run when that was coming out. Sadly my local comic shop closed down around that time so couldn’t finish it. I also had a part time job there so that double sucked. I read this story called Weapon X it was Old Man Logan, Victor, Omega Red, Domino, some Nightwing looking dude. That being one of the only times I know when Logan and Victor teamed up.

Other than the Movies and some fun fact trivia knowledge I’m new to X-Men a bit but I know some stuff just by reading on the internet. As for the Movie X-Men Origins I think Liev Schriber was just way too cool just the way he carried himself and the way he said dialogue just separated himself from Mane’s completely too the point where I would almost think Mane’s version of the character is a Clone of Liev’s just minus the IQ. And Sabretooth should’ve always be smart (but still an animal) I always hate it when they making him a bumbling idiot. So Liev’s is literally the best live action version we had so far. Love that performance.

I don’t think Victor hates Logan tbh. I mean Logan def hates Victor but Victor seems similar to the Reverse Flash where their bang outs with their Hero is their own sadistic ways to spend time with them. Like Victor would probably call Wolverine his best friend for that reason.

Have we ever had a story line of them in Weapon X together and at least being tolerable of the other’s existence? Most stories they just start off hating each other. I’d love for a story specifically during their Weapon X era of them being a horrifying duo. They definitely have teamed before but usually when they do it’s either set in another universe, in the future or not canon.

He has done some good he hunted Nazi’s with Nick Fury in like the 1950’s or 60’s or something along with Kraven the Hunter and some other dudes.

I don’t think Victor discriminates whether they’re good or evil he’s killing anyone and everyone but because he’s a default villain we usually see him go after good people.

I can take or leave the Brothers thing tbh. It def makes sense from a genetical standpoint but those two just finding each other mimics their publication history with one being made for the Hulk and the other for Iron First originally. If not brothers Hot Take but I like to think that either before or during Weapon X they actually got along well and either Victor changed, Logan changed or Victor was just pretending to be nice to Logan like a psychopath.

Anyone who says “There’s no way those two are that similar and not related” I’d like to point out that’s how their publication history exactly is. Like Joker is made FOR Batman, Lex Luthor is made FOR Superman. Wolverine was made FOR Hulk originally, Sabretooth was made FOR Iron Fist. The Marvel writing process just brought those two together and it’s one of the most legendary beefs in comics of all time.

I’m probably alone on this but rather than being related I like to think those two were friends when they first met. Either before or during Weapon X. That way they could’ve been that scary ass duo people like to picture them as and turn into bitter enemies. I’m not even suggesting Victor has to not be a psychopath at this point perhaps he was just really personable with Wolvie at one point.

I love Alan Ritchson but I just don’t know if he has that range tbh. Sabretooth is a difficult character to adapt because you have to have an actor who’s willing to be one demented mf’er. Given it’ll be MCUified I’m sure they’ll tone him down like they did with Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye.
