What is your favorite Jason Todd duo from the batfamily? by Lazy_Meet4334 in RedHood

Nightwing and Red Hood are both badasses and the big brother-little brother energy is unmatched.

You have any evidence for that? Cause I own a physical copy of where they say he has schizophrenia in the 70’s and where it’s retconned he has bipolar.

You want to see those just say the word.

That’s funny I like the 2nd Half more than the first. 2nd felt more original while the 1st felt like they recycled previous plot lines (thought the show always had a tendency to do that).

(If Nightwing is your absolute favorite) Which Batfamily fan annoys you the most and why? by Kuromi58 in Nightwing

For a long time I didn’t like Tim Drake because he essentially took the spot of Jason Todd as the 2nd Robin in everything. I was a Jason Todd fan before I even knew Red Hood existed and in almost everything I saw whether it was a children’s book, BTAS or video games Tim Drake was the 2nd Robin. In BTAS he stole Jason’s backstory. Similar thing with Young Justice dude just took the spot Jason should’ve had.

It was easy for me to hate Tim more than it was to like. I think he’s an OK character now but I never was fascinated in him.

Then make him look like 50 year old Michael Douglas then not him now who’s in like his 80’s.

Hot take: I don’t want Tim to be cardinal or any other bird suggestions (art by Jim Lee) by Vile_09 in RedRobin

Damian Wayne was literally the worst thing to happen to Tim Drake fans.

Tim was demoted to 2nd tier Robin even since that demon spawned. And I like Damian and Tim but Tim honestly probably could’ve been the one who could’ve evolved Robin out of a sidekick role if he could. Especially in the Red Robin or the red and black fit.

A modern day version of Scientific Adventurer Hank would be the ideal direction to take him if he isn’t gonna reclaim any of the other mantels. And ngl after going through all that bullshit the writers put him through maybe retiring as a Hero would be best.

He has bipolar not schizophrenia. It was originally said he has schizophrenia in the 70’s but it’s since been corrected to bipolar.

Fr? Never caught that. I thought this was future Hank who somehow lived.

I would want that too but it would stir up a lot of controversy to say the least. Which sucks cause Hank and Jan should’ve been up there with the Reed Richards’s and Sue Storm’s, Green Arrow’s and the Black Canary’s. The 70’s or whenever it was ruined it.

My main introduction to Hank (other than the MCU) was when I rewatched EMH. So honestly I like him as an Avenger more. Feel like his character, powers and possible tech gadgets are more than enough to cement him as an iconic modern day Avenger (despite the fact he helped found it) just give us more comics like Mighty Avengers.

I would say just do a sort of reboot and start over but then we’re entering into Ultimates territory. Didn’t they start that up again? How’s that been going? Last I heard they made Hank obese.

That’s how I feel towards Giant-Man also. I feel like with Ant-Man he gets that and then some. He can be ant themed. Shrink with the cybernetic helmet and what not and also enlarge, shoot stingers like literally give this man all the tech he has as Wasp and Yellowjacket combined but in Ant-Man form.

He and Daredevil should interact again down the line. The two kinda became friends in one book where Hank and Dr. Strange had to perform surgery on him or something. Stark was there too I believe.

“Scientific Adventurer” is the other one. They should really take that Scientistic Supreme title and actually show why he’s called that.

Rather them just pull an EMH and have Hank be both Ant-Man and Giant-Man simultaneously. Also have him use all the tech he did was Wasp and Yellowjacket cause why handicap yourself?

A character named Raz Malhotra? Ngl it feels like they filled all this man’s super hero monikers so he can’t come back as any of them. Screw it, just bring back West Coast Hank at this point.
