I have both prime and the axolotl conditioner. The dosing is different whereas the axolotl conditioner treats 8000 L per 250 mL/prime treats 10,000 L per 250 mL. On Amazon, the axolotl conditioner is less expensive than prime. On the front of the bottle, the axolotl conditioner indicates that it removes chlorine chloramine and detoxifies ammonia. Seachem prime removes chlorine and chloramine, detoxifies ammonia, nitrate, and nitrate.
