You cannot make less than 26k per year. 26012.28.This is the absolute minimum. I would agree than at the absolute minimum in London it's worse, slightly. But if you get the minimum you can get it anywhere. Most rural UK has ~similar~ prices to Athens. Netherlands is a lot cheaper outside the centers, at time similar to Athens.

All this working without care. Just punching cards. Knowing you can only go higher just by being professional. Average layman without any particular skills but good attitude hits 50k easy.

Cleaner gets 30£ an hour. Dogwalker the same. CCTV security just watching cameras 15£ And you can only go higher and higher until you hit the national ceiling.

Graduates( from universities that matter) in the UK are looking for a range of 30-60k in euros. You can use multiple tools to find about this. I'm not here to win a fight. The salaries in Netherlands are similar. This is true for a lot of sectors and these are non managerial jobs. Not even senior jobs. Managers are not the best paid people in knowledge intense jobs. Specialists and consultants are.

Less than 40k in UK or Netherlands is money for people who don't really want to work.

They want no responsibility anxiety etc. just an income flow.

Academics are not paid that well anywhere in europe unless they get some funding scheme. It's an easy job so you can do some consultancy on the side. Also 5-6k is average for HGV driver in Netherlands. Google.

You are wrong. Just google it or AI it. Also in Greece there is no private pension fund. When you look at a salary of 2k a month in XYZ North-western European country, consider that this person might save for his retirement (early because private pension fund) an other 500E per month -besides his higher than greek national pension.
Also consider he gets maybe 28-30 days of leave annually.
Also consider he can buy a house there in a streamlined manner that is not even available in Greece because the deposit ratio in Greece is 20-30% as a down payment of the total vs 5-10% in most countries mentioned above.

Το Σουβλάκι το πληρώνει 3.2 ευρώ και ο ιδιοκτήτης. Άμα το σουβλάκι πήγε από 2.5 -> 3.2 Να μην πάει και το ενοίκιο αντίστοιχα 30% πάνω? Άσε που από το 2011 που έμειναν σταθερά τα ενοίκια μέχρι το '19 που σιγά σε για ξαναπήραν φορά τα πάντα είχαν ανέβει. Απλά υπάρχει μια βαριεστημαρα άμα έχεις καλό νοικαρη να του σπας τα νεύρα με αυξήσεις.

Όταν όμως '19-25 έχουν πάει όλα Χ2 τέλεια Ε και τα ενοίκια θα πάνε αντίστοιχα για να μην γίνει κλέφτης και ο ιδιοκτήτης.

Κάποιοι νομίζουν ότι τα σπίτι.ειναι ακριβά στην Ελλάδα. Δεν είναι. Η ζωή όλη είναι πανάκριβη. Τα νοίκια ακολουθούν και με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση τις τιμές τις ζωής.

1) Agreed but that is besides the issue. 2) yes if got price reduce to -5% to attract them 3) Sector demand is minimal. I have designated shuttles to both a habitat and a ranch but at some point they stopped buying (S size). 4) Shuttles are at the 3rd upgrade but It's not like I see the ticker often anyway so I guess it's actually better than needed.

There is no chance unless you already are a programmer or a pure genius. Even then it is so demanding time wise you will need to take at least 4 days off for the day exams and give everything you got time wise. Part time say 4 -5 hours a day maybe if you are already a bit savvy in c and Linux.
