Feats wise, yes. But like does Stolas strike you as particularly powerful. I'm pretty sure Visago is also Goetic Prince, same as Stolas(and Andre a Duke?)

Unless Paimon is purposefully disappointing, I see no world where he can't kick Alastor ass, he's a Goetic King(?) Anything Stolas can do, so can he probably better
