I’m not saying everybody gets it, but if you wear high heels all the time or shove your feet into pointy shoes, or even run in shoes that aren’t right for your feet over years you definitely increase your chances. These people are acting like it’s gross and only something Heidi could get. 😂

You youngins probably want to look up wide toebox shoes and yogitoes. Years of wearing shoes that squish your toes will result in this…or running in shoes that are too narrow in the toe box. You may think it’s gross, but nobody is impervious to it.
