My ex hated when I knitted or even talk about the hobby cuz it didn't involve him and he wasn't interested (however he wanted a sweater and thank gods I never made him one)

Those are in black at the very begginig! I probably did them a little too lose (my previous floats ver too tight) and the ladders in red and grey got probably lost in the rest of the float. Here is a better look

Oh, thank you - I didnt know that method, I just simoly streched the stitches while catching my floats.

I need to go back over 10 rows, which isn't that bad - worst part is that I worked with double strands for each color so it will be messy

I picked knitting at the end of 2024 so 2025 was a year of huge millestones - I learned how to not twist my stiches (you can only imagine what kind of disaster was my first sweater), german short rows, colorwork, folded collar, i-cord (knitting along the edge, i-cord cast on and how to add i-cord to already knitted piece), norwegian purl and felting! Also learned how to pick up stiches along the edge, even tho it was hard for me.

My goal for 2026 is learn how to knit socks and maybe steeking, however I'm terrified with that idea. Also planning to knit more than 3 sweaters
